The PREXO Pond Bio-Pressure Filter UV equipped models feature power UV clarification as part of the total filtration platform. Additionally every Prexo model and sizes comes complete with filter media, hose barb fittings, and accessories to add to your pond system up to 3100 gals. The PREXO is also equipped with a Backwash System Valve which reverses the flow inside the filter which quickly cleans the filter media and flushes debris and waste out through a separate hose without having to open or dismantle the filter. With this technology there is no reduction in flow rate, making PREXO the perfect filter choice to add in-line to your other water features such as streams and waterfalls.
PREXO is easy to conceal as it can be partially buried below ground near the pond. State-of-the-art polymer technology was incorporated into the lid making it UV and shock resistant which keeps the filter safe from sun exposure as well as damage from flying objects (a rock from the lawn mower). With 4 layers of filter media and the optional UV Clarifier the PREXO filter will keep the water in your pond clean and crystal clear all year round.
