Important Shipping Information

At Nemo's Reef  we offer quality packaging and shipping to keep your products safe. All shipments will be packaged with a Styrofoam box with heat or ice packs based on the location and weather. We will always pack our products in heavy duty-leak free bags. This ensures that quality products are used to keep your livestock safe. All shipments will originate from Indian Trail, NC.

All Shipments must be signed and must be accepted on the first delivery attempt, failure to do so will void our warranty. Please take care in scheduling a delivery date that suits your time and needs. Nemo's Reef will monitor the destination location to ensure products are shipped during optimal weather conditions.

Orders can be held one week after processing. Please specify order date if shipment is not be immediately processed.

Shipping Prices

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE MADE VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS PRIORITY OVERNIGHT.

FLAT RATE Live Goods Shipping Price (Continental United States)

North Carolina and South Carolina: $40

All Other States: $60

California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada: $80

Shipment options will be prompted at order processing. Please select the correct shipment method. Failure to do so will result in an extra shipment charge of the difference.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided to you with information confirming the location and time your package will arrive. Tracking information is sent by email from FedEx or UPS. You will receive your tracking number about one hour after shipments depart

Returns
Our shipping container you receive will include a packing slip that lists the contains the size and quantity of livestock purchased. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us by phone at (704)708-6366 or e-mail (sales@nemofish.us). 
Because of the complex packaging procedures for all aquatic life and our primary concern for the health and well-being of all specimens we offer, we cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.


In the event you need to invoke the Nemo's Reef Quality Guarantee, you will need to follow our procedures for warranty returns. Please contact us for additional information concerning instructions of providing delivery receipts, water samples and expired aquaria.


Please Note: We cannot ship any aquarium life to Hawaii, APO addresses, Post Office Boxes, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or other countries.
